Return & Refund Policy

No Returns or Exchanges on Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products and in accordance with food safety regulations, Mountain State Maple does not accept returns or exchanges on any food items. All sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.

This policy is in place to ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products for all customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting mountainstatemaple@gmail.com. To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the product and original packaging

Upon verification, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued for minor cosmetic issues that do not affect product safety or usability.

Shipping Issues

Mountain State Maple is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the order has been transferred to the carrier. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in filing claims or locating delayed shipments when applicable.
