Shipping & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Mountain State Maple is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the order has been shipped.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details regarding damaged or incorrect orders.
